Albay First District Representative Edcel Lagman on Wednesday reiterated what he called the "12 cardinal sins" of the late President Ferdinand Marcos which make him unfit for a hero's burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Lagman is optimistic that people have not forgotten the atrocities during the Marcos-led Martial Law and will voice their dissent against the administration's decision to allow a hero's burial for the late dictator.
"I don’t think people have forgotten. They, particularly, those who were victims of enforced disappearances who until now are still searching for their relatives, for their kin, dead or alive so they could be given a decent burial," he said.
