Suspected drug kingpin Kerwin Espinosa has arrived at the Senate Wednesday to testify at the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs inquiry into the illegal drug trade and the death of his father, Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr.
