MANILA – Vice Ganda strikes again.
The comedian made a guest appearance on the radio show “Heartbeats” hosted by DJ Chacha and DJ Martin Concio on Monday night.He was asked to make a prank phone call on Diaz, his former manager.
Pretending to be a female caroler of San Roque Church in Blumentritt, Vice Ganda asked Diaz if he could send a letter seeking permission to sing in front of his house.
“Kanino niyo nakuha ‘yung number ko (Where did you get my number)?” a clueless Diaz asked.
“Doon po sa isang friend ko kasi nakita raw po niya ‘yung number niyo… sa pinto ng CR (From a friend who saw your number… written on a bathroom door),” replied Vice Ganda, who was trying his best to hold back his laughter.
Vice Ganda’s prank call became a trending topic on Twitter on Monday night. A video of the conversation was posted on the Facebook page of MOR 101.9 hours later and became a viral hit, gaining more than 648,000 views in only a matter of hours.
On Tuesday, Vice Ganda took to Twitter to apologize to Diaz and explain that what he did was part of the radio show.
