The President said this purging of criminals by other criminals is the reaction of crime or drug syndicates to the "intrigue" begun by his "<a href="http://www.rappler.com/nation/145025-duterte-extrajudicial-killings-criminals#" style="background: 0px 0px; box-sizing: border-box; color: #e76229; text-decoration: none; transition: color 0.2s ease;">war on drugs</a>," which involves public naming of alleged drug suspects before any court process.</div>
